Suzi and her staff have over 35 years of cake decorating experience. Besides being a highly talented baker and decorator, Suzi has also been a cake decorating and design instructor in several locations for about 5 years.

As a true artist, Suzi utilizes such confectioneries as rolled fondant flowers made by hand and incorporates them with ribbons, silks and other creative pieces.

Suzi has the experience and passion to help you create your dream cake for any occasion but really likes the creative aspect that goes into wedding cakes, which are her specialty.
